The wind waves are expected 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and about 2 meters in the upper Gulf. During 25-27 Jun, the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand is will weaken. The wind waves are about 1-2 meters high in the upper Andaman Sea. The tropical depression over the northern part of the South China Sea was upgraded to tropical storm “BEBINCA”. It is forecast to move across the Gulf of Tokin and will make landfall over southern China on 23 June, 2013. Warning All ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should take with caution and small boats in the Andaman Sea keep ashore during 21-24 Jun.
