to be clear, If a LEO can not or is unwilling to articulate the reasonable suspicion needed for a brief terry or traffic stop, then me and said LEO are going have a problem. If any LEO forcibly detained me, beyond the brief terry or traffic stop , solely for investigative purposes, then said LEO is going to have to kill me in order to enforce the unlawful detention/arrest and yes, twice in my life I have looked a LEO in the eyes and told them to put a f**king bullet into my head. the first time all charges were dismissed, over my objections, (I wanted my jury trial). The second time, the off duty LEO was walking away, cursing and threatening me, after failed attempt to intimidate me, He shut up directly thereafter.
