to the odies and that postive energy preachers... something that slaps us all back to reality... Silence is not strength. Apathy in the face of great injustice is not character. Patience and long-suffering become insanity when we hit the rocks time and time again and deny the truth about the real causes behind freak weather events , poverty, inequality - and yes, Napoles. Optimism in the face of repeated calamities and scandals that get worse each time they hit is not resilience. It is psychosis -- a denial of reality. A social disorder that prevents us from looking for solutions and actively fighting for them.
