tossed and turned all night, slept for maybe 2-3 hours. Im still in awe with the news I received on yesterday morning. Not in a million years would I have ever imagined that I would have to console my brother, in the death of his oldest son....My family knows I for one, do not deal with death easily. The pain of the loss, of a loved one, is so hard, extremely difficult. When will people realize that their actions and decisions in life not only affect them, but EVERYONE around you. We try to instill so many positive influences in our children, hoping that the negative influences will surpass or dissipate. The death of my nephew is not in vain and will hopefully open the eyes of his peers. The crimes here in Wilmington are mind-blowing. This is our future society, crying out for help....stop blaming the cops, and stop making piss-poor decisions. This hurts me deeply. So now I will, try my hardest to be stronger than ever for my dear brother...
