tripadvisor “Excellence comes as standard” 6 Ağu 2014 This was my 4th visit to Casa De Maris but the first time I took family with us. We booked one suite and one side view. When we arrived we were delighted to find that in order to have the two rooms close to each other we had the side sea view upgraded to full sea view. I have written before about the standard of these rooms and I can say that two years on they are still excellent. The suite was very large and comfortable. It easily fitted my wife and myself with my daughter and grand daughter. I have also commented on the quality of the beds here and my daughter said that the bed they were given in the living area was extremely comfortable. Please look at my previous reviews for more on the rooms. This time we actually spent the days around the pool as we had grand daughters aged 6 and 1 and grandson age 3 with us. I can truthfully say I havent had so much fun for ages. The animation team were great Alf and his team were so much fun. Gamze looked after all the young children in the kids club, but Alf and they boys even got old blokes like me playing water polo everyday. Friendly they said it would be !!! Competetive it was!!! So much fun but have to question Ridvans impartiality when umpiring. It was a really nice touch that on the evening we left all of them came up to reception to say good bye. The restaurant was its usual great standard. Even though quite a few of the staff had changed there were some familiar faces who go out of their way to look after you. If you tip a waiter on your first day they make a point of looking out for you making sure you get a table and keep the drinks coming. Just need to say a quick word about Nesli in the jewellers. We got off to a shaky start two years ago but I can say that since then she has been superb. Her jewellery is lovely and well priced. We have now bought 4 rings from her and they are lovely. I would recommend Nesli to anyone wanting to buy jewellery. We think of CDM as our home in Marmaris. We will be back in September.
