trouble all evening yesterday with facebook, internet, etc. tried to post my excitement about receiving my mini-fireplace, but not so small..a gift from my daughter, Jodi and her husband...we will be spending Christmas with them in Phoenix..and since we cant bring something that size and heavy back AND since we have had some pretty chilly weather her, she sent it early....so happy...we only have a little more than two feet of space to fit it, but it fits perfectly and is about three and one half feet tall...faux stones with a brick looking little hearth and wood mantle...you can enjoy simply the flame or have heat also...warm little thing..and the flame is pretty...makes a good central area to decorate forChristmas..we have a small tree we put up every year, but something new and different is a real treat for us old ladies in rural north Mississippi...going to get three little stockings for mom and gigi and me tomorrow...and will decorate it like a real fireplace...doesnt take much to bring the Christmas spirit to us and we are grateful to Jo and Larry for it..gig is a little confused but has learned that it puts out heat and likes lying close to it on her little bed...FUN for all...have a good day, friends and family.
