troy man caught by lure at saratoga lake. a troy man, james ocker , was caught at saratoga lake by a fishing lure yesterday morning, The saratoga fishing association said james, weighing in at 170 pounds was the biggest man ever caught at the lake. After the man was extracted from the lure with a pair of pliers he was thrown back in, as we all know it is illegal to keep a man under 200 pounds at saratoga lake. For all you avid fishermen, the man was caught about a mile south of snake hill.
