Have a deacon board that you (pastor can control)-nepotism helps; now for the recruiting of the congregants, have the bottom hoe (who now is the first lady) and the other hoes recruit black women, who then come and see the well-dressed pastor, and hear his charismatic, Bible quoting (if the Scriptures are taken out of context to tantalize and appease the women). The women (now congregants and the other hoes) will recruit and draw the males (tricks) who come to check out the women (who are now controlled subliminally) by the first lady. The blowing chior will excite and get the congregation going, then smooth-talking, crowd arousing, sharply dressed pastor will deliver a rousing sermon and drive the congregation to a frenzy. Then, pulpit pastor, will hit the congregation with am additional message about blessing and giving to God (he is the subtle god they will be giving to) utilizing Malachi 3:8-11 will a man rob God.... The congregation will be convicted not by the Holy Spirit but by pimp daddy-now called pastor. The women will start buying the pastor clothes and other items to get favor with him, and also the first lady will get her share from the congregations ladies. After a while the church will have a pastors anniversary service, where hell invite other pulpit pastors from 4-5 other churches and they will celebrate that Sunday late afternoon (after church regular services-dont want to miss the collection of tithes and offering). These 4-5 pastors (wholl be on the platform with the pastor) and their churches auxiliary boards, etc, will say we are giving pastor (pimp) x amount of money and gifts from the church, pastor and boards (that is each church. The pastor will reap a windfall and do the same for the other 4-5 pastors during their special day called pastors anniversary.
