So I have to go up to Lincoln Monday afternoon to see Spinal doctor to see what can be done either injections or surgery....I am not looking forward to that at all...I can only work 4 hours a day at work and very limited to what I can do...we will see how that pans out since most mornings I work on getting the pain out or to a level where I can bare it.
