u know I did not ignore them! Now I dont know if the place is as dirty as it was or if it has been cleaned up and looking better, nor do I care. Speaking of ugly, the only way I know how to say this is to tell you an ugly but true story. This story is an account of my dealings with them from Nov 15 2013 thru April 17 2014. >>>>>On Nov 15 2013, while in my home , making a video for my page on Abuse of Authority word got to me that my dog ,Patch had killed a neighbors dog and the police were being called. Now lets go back a min. Patch had a brother ,his name was Sandy, and they were born in the same liter, it seemed like Patch actually looked up to his brother. Sandy Was killed by BCAC the previous April. More on that another time. So as I was making this video and informed of Patch Killing a neighbors dog I turned the video camera toward the bed to start another video. Patch was on my bed asleep, had been there all day and didnt feel good.I decided to video the resat of the afternoon on Patch since I knew he had been in the house all day and i knew how mean and deceitful bcac was.It was it seemed like about quota and killing pit bulls, Patch was a pit. By days end I had spoken with one of the family of the dog that supposedly been killed. Nothingn was resolved, there were no witnesses not even a dead dog, what thenhell wasmfgoing on here? In the morning I found out that the dog owner had called on the report of her dog being killed right after it happened, yet BCAC still had not responded. Very strange since if one of my dogs got out they would respond with a running at large warrant within the hour. >>>>>>On Nov 21 2013 BCAC Finally responded and took the report, still no witness and no dead dog, whats going on? I saw one of the employees at her house and then in an instant it seemed I was surrounded. Ther3 was at least two different deputies and a bunch of bcac people. They had come for Patch, and im tried not to let them take him. They got him on Nov 21` 2013. This was wrong and i knew it, so I tried to speak sense to the new boss carol treftz, but she wasnt having any of that. She bumped me out of the way and they all left with my Patch. He had not done anything, and did not kill a dog, and a lot of people in this community knows that! BEFORE i MOVE ON I WANT TO SHARE SOMETHING WITH YOU:: After they took Patch I began preparing for hearings and other things. I called for records and other assorted paper work and one day while going thru it I came accross a strange looking memo. It had the name and address of a neighbor, some dates and times and this to say in her notes. {HER is Carol TREFTZ} at bottom of page. 21 Nov `13 10;10 am I MET WITH R/P GIVES NAME, SHE STATES DOG KNOWN AS PATCH IS ALWAYS RUNNING LOOSE AND KILLED HER NEIGHBORS YORKIE DOG A FEW DAYS AGO. I TOLD HER AT THIS TIME I WOULD IMPOUND THE DOG UNDER SEC 4-401 DANGEROUS DOGWE WOULD HOLD THE DOG UNTIL THE COURT CASR Carol went on to say that the neighbor was going to give her more names and phone numbers of people who had trouble with the dog. Carol continued, I went to the dog owners home ,doug dizoglio a known problem with law enforcement, and calmed him down, ......... WE will be building a case of dangerous dog huh,wtf. YES THIS IS A SNITCH MEMO ,[THAT IS WHAT I CALL IT] and I cannot believe it. I counted at least half dozen violations of abuse and pother illegal issue in it. I just wanted you to know the type you were dealing with up there. back to the Patch saga. It was dec 10 2013, We were at the code enforcement building getting ready for the DD hearing, The boss carol T. was also the prosecutor for this Quasi Juducial kangaroo court Dec 10, still no witness and no dead dog. Animal control had 5 witnesses, 3 showed up and two no shows but sent their afdavits. Witness #1, She was the one who went nuts when she said 3 pit bulls attacked her and her dog a yr earlier. She was telling the story of Patchs brother Sandy who bcac killed almost a yr earlier, huh? < BUT it was the second witness that this is about. That would be the Dog owner, The dead no dog, she was sworn in and was asked to tell her story and she did. She told of how she was only a few feet away looking right at the fight; the murder. When she was done, the prosecutor said this to her I am now going to show you a picture of patch, I want you to tell me if this is thr dog that killed your dog, she looked at the picture and said No it is not After the court stopped talking the judges asked her again the same question, and agaiin she said No it is not Did i bring a leash,I wondered cause this trial is over and i am going to get my dog right? Just waiting now while standing for them to say dismissed, they were waiting for me to sit down i guess because they continued and in the end found Patch to be dangerous dog. I nearly lost it, i would still be in jail if i had. QUASI JUDICIAL< look it up! This story i know seems to never end, im supposed to be talking about BCAC SO ILL get back to it. Jan feb and march went by I am not allowed to have my dog during the appeals process, during this time Carol Treftz got fired for lying and forgery. My argument became, if she lied on her job app and forged a masters degree that she need to land this job then she did not have the necessary minimum qualifications and all her descions about Patch should be vacated. County comm wouldnt hear of it and ignored my request for a hearing. A few months earlier just before the hearing i got aq ticket from bcac, it was for a dog bite incident in which the entire eventy was written on it, the charge of killing a dog and RAL, all of it. I got a letter saying dismissed , the case was dropped at the request of the officer who wrote it AND I WAS AGAIN GOING TO GET PATCH, but thery said no we didnt mean that in that sense, we dropped justthe ticket part f it, but i said its all on there you cant do that. They did! And now its April 1st, and I just got off the phone with an employee from the U S Supreme court. I am allowed another appeal so send us a request letter when you get our pkg. >>>> A bnew boss was hired, Paula Hunter. Middle of April, she told me I had to hurryn with getting my yard ain order to maintain a dangerous dog. Your 14 days is nearly up. My 14 days has not eben begun PAULA. with a dangerous dog u have 14 days to comply wit5h the rules or theyn can kill the dog, I had two things in my favor. Those days dont start until;; u rexieve am officia letter stating the when plus nothing can be done whilenan appeal is processing. I told Paula Hunter about muy a[ppeal with the Suprm court over the phone, she sctreamed at me, YOU CANT DO THAT< hung up on me that ws APRIL 14 2014, I spoke with her again on April 16 2014. same conversation, and agaoimn i mentioned the Supreme court appeal and again she screamed YOU CANT DO THAT SHE HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. oN APRIL 17 2014 PAULA HUNTER LEFT FOR A 5 DAY VACATION. BUT FIRST AT 4:28 PM SHE HAD PATCH KILLED WITH FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND A DOUBLE DOSE OF DEATH! THEN SHE LEFT ORDERS TO HER PEOPLE NOT TO TELL ME IF I SHOULD INQUIRE. i NEVER SAW PATCH FROM NOV 21 AGAIN.
