unexpectedly our wonderful business neighbour rescued a dog that was purposely thrown out like garbage by an elderly local who didnt want him and hoped that someone would take him. She also admitted to not feeding him for 2 days in hopes he might pass away so she didnt have to care for him. Im VERY mad about this, and her actions are being addressed. If any of you have extra or older small dog breed basics like: beds/toys/leash/collar/food lm collecting these items to help offset the expenses that come with taking in a rescue. From the looks of it, this dog will need some medical help and the dumper verified that he is young and has never been taken to the vet so its going to be an expensive trip. ANY help would be appreciated. Thank you!
