update on Doug Crocker, not a whole lot to update about.. Really just at a Stand still right now. Doug did amazing in therapy today, all of this is pretty tricky beings he is non weight bearing on his left foot and not weight bearing on jis right arm. He will be in a wheelchair for at least 8 weeks , but even him trying to manuever a wheelchair is going to be difficult with just one arm but he impressed therapy. He told them he use to be able to ride wheelies in a wheelchair but obviously he needed 2 hands for that .. He definetley still has his smart butt sarcasm, which lets me know when hes feeling a little better .. He has Alot of soft tissue damage all over so Today they will start draining all the fluid in his left leg from this.. Still having some breathing issues due to clot, gets exhausted very fast.. We are just hoping for small improvements everyday and praying for no more set backs.. He has not had his Red Man chew since Monday, and isnt even wanting it.. Anyone who knows Dougknows he really likes his Red man.. He says he might just quit.. Praying for another good day, they got all his pain meds switched n got him on a weaker pain med he can handle and when he allows them to hive it , it definetley makes a world of difference for him. He did tell the Drs they should try using Crown for pain they would have better results the Dr agreed but said its a little to pricey.. Lol
