upon request a flow for some thoracic and rib mobility. Revolving down dog to side angle to prayer twist lunge (and extended) to a reverse warrior variation. There are options for different levels(knees bent in down dog, low lunge instead of high lunge, not extending the twisted lunge) check it out. I moved faster than I usually would to fit in video.
