╔══╗ ╚╗╔╝ ╔╝(¯`v´¯) ╚══`.¸.MENA Take a look at beautiful Mena! Found as a stray in Staten Island, young Mena is sitting in a cage far from home at Brooklyn ACC. Blue pitties are stunning and Mena certainly lives up to that standard. And she showed everybody what a good young lady she is during her initial intake medical. Found to be in decent health, Mena is described as “friendly” so we know this sweetheart knows how to roll with the punches. But ACC has decided that Mena has used up her time with them and they’ve put her on tomorrow’s euthanasia list. So tonight, 2 year old Mena needs to find that special someone who can just picture themselves walking along with Mena at their side, who can see her frolicking in the doggie park or in the yard, who looks forward to all those doggie kisses they’ll get. If you’re that someone, step up now to foster or adopt Mena. But do it right now—tomorrow, Mena will go off thinking maybe she’s going back to her old neighborhood but she’ll be going to a place from which she will never return. A volunteer writes: I love black dogs and Mena is no exception. She is a bundle of happy to be alive type energy. She loves food and will sit for snacks – you can see her perfect little sit in her pictures. She was more interested in zooming around the back yard to pay much attention to Patch. They both took a sniff at each other and she was on her way again.
