verbal altercation, the individuals involved seem to have a history, then the cop physically assaults the guy, and at the end, it looks like the guy, who was assaulted by the cop, was getting handcuffed, to be arrested. So, what Im seeing is, even with other cops around, or perhaps because theyre other cops, you can be assaulted and then arrested. Ill bet he gets an assault charge, and maybe one for resisting arrest. Where do we draw the line, people? When is enough, enough? Im not exactly saying this was the case in this particular context, but if youre not guilty of any crimes, then someone gets aggressive with you, to the point of physical assault, and then two of his buddies try restraining You, for further punishment, then there is a problem. Why is it not ok to fight back in this kind of context? Because theyre police? No, theyre not police officers, that title represents something that people today, in the field, do not qualify as. If you behave in this way, even If you went through the training, took the oath, and put on that uniform, youre still a common thug, the only difference is its illegal for us to defend ourselves against you, and were forced to pay you, by a higher authority, you know, because that makes sense. I dunno man...we, as a collective, need to either commit to some Serious changes, or scrap the whole damn thing, as it is, and try for something better. You tell Me, not when, but How is this kind of ill behavior going to stop?
