very beautiful morning and the sun is not even up... got some really strong coffee to knock my insulin headache, i usually get those???? i double up on the recommended strength and it takes care of them faster than pills. got ahold of some more Garcia and vega mini cigars. the green kind. there really relaxing if you french inhale them. there just strong enough they dont choke you out. been off the narcotic pain pills for over a month now. 4 a day made me a bedridden vegetable. part of the reason i am able to enjoy the effects of cigars is that my body is no longer desensitization to them and i can feel the relaxing effect because i am not drugged from pain pills and i am getting my stimulation back. im able to eat more stuff and meats now that i can zap the pancreas pain with my stimulator. for some reason im not gaining weight???? thats beyond me??? of how i am not gaining weight. im still on my diabetes diet wich is way less strict than my former pancreas diet. its just staying at 160. i ate 4 Christmas dinners the past few days and it dident matter. hmmm. the doctors say my stomach has shrank from avoiding to eat when i had no pain relief. i eat till im allmost full then stop. i have no plans of expanding my stomach from overeating cause i think thats whats keeping my weight down or normal for my height. if i gain weight at this point of a substantion amount it will shift the probes in my back and mey result in having the stimulator removed, and i love that dam thing! heh! https://youtube/watch?v=p-54wAE7nJI
