The one they stole from me!! First of all, there is no way that 12-year-old Rob is a true stray. Nine pounds of chihuahua facing the winter alone? No way. This means that he has either been separated from his people by accident, which is traumatic, or that he has been betrayed by them, which is also traumatic. Keep that in mind while reading the ACCs account of his limited SAFER which resulted in a New Hope rating. Seriously, of course he is going to be defensive, he probably woke up at home the morning of his ACC intake and has been totally freaked out by every aspect of his life since things went south for him. If someone with a reputable rescue does not step up for Rob right now, this dog is going to die as a consequence of being lost and afraid. This is senseless, and the Urgent family has the power to stop it. Advocate widely for Rob, tonight.
