via Logan County Office of Emergency Management UPDATE 9/22/13 11:35 a.m. The No Flush, Limited Water Use order is still in effect until further notice. The RED CROSS shelter will be closing at 5:00p.m. today due to there not being a need for residents to use a shelter. The RED CROSS has worked with everyone who did use the shelter and has helped them to make accommodations according to their needs. For questions please call 1-800-RED CROSS. The Bulk Distribution Center is located at the Logan County Fairgrounds on the South end under the grand stands. Their hours are today from 1-6p.m and Monday –Saturday 8:00a.m.-8:00p.m. FEMA Corps. will not be in Sterling today to help residents apply for Individual Assistance. When we receive confirmation of when FEMA will return we will post the information. We expect this will be sometime next week.
