via NoRA Cupcake Company ~ THIS SUNDAY IS THE DAY!!! We have been planning for months how to make our weekly visits to Coventry Regional Farmers Market even more awesome than they already are! Well, here we go - we are bringing our Lil NoRA Caboose with us in tow to make SMORES for you on site (in addition to the Lil NoRA Cupcake Truck being fully stocked as well)!! We have been perfecting our marshmallow recipe, creating tasty graham crackers, blondies, and brownies and finally enlisting help from Mel at Farm to Hearth to make shortbread for our Smores Bar menu! Every week at CRFM we will have a few different options for you to choose from! This week we will have: TRADITIONAL (pictured) - graham cracker, chocolate ganache, and vanilla marshmallow. CHIPWICH - chocolate chip blondie, chocolate ganache, and vanilla marshmallow. WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY - shortbread, white chocolate ganache, vanilla marshmallow and fresh raspberries. SALTED CARAMEL FUDGE - dark chocolate fudge brownie, salted caramel sauce, and vanilla marshmallow.
