waking up and watching mommy get ready for work....I love my children. There are people that will go around town saying things about me. I am crazy. I am a drunkard. I am irresponsible. But realise this, you were not there in my darkest most painful days. God was. I see him in my childrens smiles and hugs. You have no right to judge, becuase you do not feed me or them. You just watch from the outside. But here is the thing, God sees you. You are hurting me, yes, but disappointing him more. I am glad this day is done. So i can wake up and conquer tomorrow. So that i can sock it to you while you wallow in your shame. I live for my partner and my childlren. The rest of you all, the ones who enjoy it when i am down, relapsing and overwhelmed. You sit at corners sniggering about me. Puh-lease - you can just totally fall of....I aint phased. God sees you so i leave it to him, although i pity you and wish you may see the light. In themeantime, leave me alone. I am 30, wise, mature and full of love, and thats why you cant dealwith my joy. To my friends, the true ones, the ones who dont see me only when im holding a wine glass, or on stage...you who share the stage, lisen to my weird compositions, you admire me as i do you are so important to my life right now.
