was humbled by the response to his request to help a new-to-the-city family yesterday and will be in touch with you who responded with particulars; about to put on his wet-boots and work in the yard, put trash and junk in his trailer; leaving this evening on a Greyhound bus for Mobile in order to drive back Thursday with Dr./Daughter Bear and her rambunctious hound... There are days when anothers words simply will not do As many poets wise and old there are from which to choose. This gray morning as I search through the archives of poetic fame I find not one (though all wiser than I) to give my mind its frame. So on this day in the bleakest month (winters solstice near) Be certain youre not alone if shadows and sadness appear. Emotions come as the weather, foggy, soggy, and gray, But God has made a Forecast of eternal Joy one Day! (RB)
