...way hey, I just got a message telling me that Sweetlove Butterfly has just gone over 16,000 views on YouTube, Im delighted with that, especially as it has all been done without a big record company, or a massive management company, or a persistent PR company... ;-) The power of a good song and the help of good people; people like my mate Tristan who recorded me and produced the song, and then my mate Daniel (and his team) who offered to make the video for me because they loved the song so much, others like The Stratford Skaters who all joined in and gave their massive hearts, without these people i would have had nothing, and then theres the beautiful wife Annie, without her there wouldnt have been a song in the first place. ;-) Downloads of the song have been brilliant. And then we only went on to win best music video 2014 at The St Albans Film Festival :-) Its been a wonderful journey with Sweetlove Butterfly, she grew her wings pretty quickly, she took flight and hasnt looked back, she just keeps spreading her kind of love, the sort of love that good people love. :-) I get so many messages from really lovely people telling me how much they adore the song and what it means to them, Ive had requests from soon to be wed couples asking me if its ok for them to use the song as their wedding song, I was at a my nieces wedding recently and they played it as their wedding song in the Church whilst they signed the register, it was a precious moment. I get told by couples that it is their song. A radio station told me recently that they had more calls about and requests for Sweetlove Butterfly than any other song on their playlist, and on and on the stories go, i could be here all night, but suffice to say its a beautiful feeling. :-) So thank you to all who have helped, listened, liked, shared, bought and played my song, it really does mean lots and lots to me, you are wonderful people, yes you, you know exactly who you are ;-) ~ keep sharing the love ~ :-) https://youtube/watch?v=AjGJlH0-whY
