we do hope in govt, in church and in the private sector that we could trust the YOUNG more in leadership, now more than every we need young, vibrant, innovative and aggressive leadership that the youth could provide if only they would be trusted, the average age in our company is 24 and our leadership team is in their 20s and early 30s and its fantastic, vibrant, full of energy and get things done!
