we, in southeastern mindanao, particularly davao del norte/ southern mindanao should learn the lessons from pablo and yolanda. climate change is real. educate your families and neighbors....there is another one developing into a storm/ typhoon approaching and the path it is taking is the same with that of yolanda....the path is always variable. it changes every hour. it may or may not landfall in southeastern mindanao. pray hard it wont happen in our place. nov 6, 4pm, gov del rosario called an emergency meeting...last thursday noon, nov 7, the forecast have it that it may landfall in southeastern mindanao , by 5pm it changed path, the forecast was in samar. and it did happened, nov 8 by 4am the following day, it devastated samar, then tacloban, then bantayan, then aklan, capiz, mindoro, palawan...ask yourselves now..where were you last friday dawn, morning or the whole day? what if the landfall happened here? if you were somewhere else, do you think you will still find your home, your families in tact when you come back?...as i said and will say it again: when it comes to disasters, it is always ok to be o.a.
