we the people...WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE? 1. ONE LOVE, ONE LANGUAGE, ONE VISION-And the LORD said,behold they are one people, and they have all one language, and this is only the beginning of what they will do. And nothing that they propose to do will now be impossible for them.(Gen11v6). nothing shall be impossible to a people of one love, one language and one vision, for its either we live together as brothers or we perish together as fools.so lets all come together at the table of brotherhood and start the process of rebuilding our nation, regardless of different religious and political opinion. lets be inclusive in the diagnosis of our crisis, monitoring and evaluating our current policies,assess their impact on the economy and society,and improve on them. lets dialogue on the way forward as a unitary democratic sovereign nation. 2. COMMITMENT TO CONSTITUTIONALISM- alignment of our laws to the new constitution is a priority not a luxury, for obeying the law attracts resources and blessings, whilst disobedience to the laws repels resources and attracts a curse,if you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land, but if you refuse and rebel, you shall be eaten by the sword, for the mouth of the LORD has spoken.(Isaiah1v19,20). so alignment of our laws to the new constitution in a timed framework by the setting up of a constitution commission and the alignment of our decisions and actions - the government and the citizen together will go a long way in reviving of our nation politically, economically and socially. 3. COMMITMENT TO TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY AND A ZERO TOLERANCE TO CORRUPTION- who owns what and who is using what, ownership without production is a curse, remember the parable of the talents, the one who received five talents earned five more talents whilst the one who received one talent went and buried it, The master condemned him for not being productive. it is demanded in stewardship that one be found faithful. we are all stewards of the gifts, resources and time that God has given us and we are managing the creation on His behalf- WE ARE NOT OWNERS BUT MANAGERS THATS WHY WHEN WE DIE WE CARRY NOTHING. SO lets be transparent and accountable in all aspects. when we prioritize and commit our efforts, time and resources to the above we speed up the day when we all together, black men and white men, mdc and zanu pf, religious and non religious, the exiled zimbabweans and the local will all join hands and sing together, free at last, free at last, zimbabwe the land of milk and honey, the breadbasket of Africa thank God we are blessed at last.
