wednesday 12/6 menu lamb shanks-slow roasted with sundried tomatoes and red wine on a bed of herbed couscous, smoked haddock lasagne, retro prawn cocktails with loch nevis langoustine, smoked salmon and crab salads, goats cheese and asparagus tart, smoked duck, parma ham and warm baked brie anti pasti dish and for dessert- dark chocolate brioche pudding......still to decide on my second dessert option, any suggestions???? brownie points for a gluten free one
