well I cant stand heartless people.They fired my daughter today because she did not go in to work on Sat with all the ice.She went today and they left her work her whole shift and then tell her she is fired.Heather explained to her about the ice she did not care.I went in and asked to talk to her and said it was nothing but ice on our road and we have already had 2 funerals and its only Jan 5th .Had one Fri and the other tomorrow and I was not chancing bringing her.She said it doesnt matter the reason and that she was a very good worker but she was expected to be there and was not no matter what the reason and nothing they could or would do about it.What the hell is the matter with work places these days they do not want to pay anything but expect the world of you even to risk your life getting there and could give a rats ass about any of the workers.No one cares about anyone any more in this world and its not getting any better either.I would not want to work at such a place with people like that any dam way
