well I should try to get some sleep, my day was good until a bike fell off the shelf & hit me on the back of my head & shoulders as I was reaching over to grab a romaine lettuce at Northern after work, I got a goose egg bump right away so I asked for an Ice pack & said they didnt have any so they gave me a bag of frozen vegetables, I couldnt drive home so my sister picked me up. I told them that bikes shouldnt be up there & that they werent secured with anything....I couldnt help to take care of my grand-babies this evening which made me feel useless but I feel ok now.....my son Josh will keep an eye on me tonight, waking me up every now & then.
