well his official name is Marcel- he is roughly 8 to 9 months old. He is just a sweet boy- even though he does have puppy energy- once he understood I was not going to let him play with every dog in the vet office- he sat up on the bench with me nicely and calm and looked out the window most of the time. He was a little timid with the vet but he loved the girls in the back when they were doing a skin scrapping on him-plus they were giving him treats- kisses- love and taking tons of photos of him. He was the star in the vet office- all the clients and staff just adored him. His little butt wiggles and his stubby tail wags= he does have a tad of a longer nose but he acts 100% like a frenchie in his play style and behavior. He is a little possessive of toys and was shocked that I just reached and took it from him but didnt growl or snap and bite- just laid down on it and wrapped his short pudgy legs around the toy. I think he will make someone a great pet- as he did wonderful with men, women and kids today and other dogs. He will stay the night with me and go to his foster home tomorrow afternoon. We started him up on simplicief tonite- the vet and I thought it looked more like mange but he tested negative. So they are doing a fungus study to see if it is ringworm or maybe just stress and allergies. He is a sweet boy though and did good in his crate in the car.
