well i have my old school GT bicycle back, but it is a bittersweet return, for i fear there is a young lad who may have been swindled into buying my stolen bike... i saw him ride by as i was unloading my car and asked him to stop. he took off and i instinctively chased him as he dissappeared into the corner store. he called the police and looked terrified as i told him i wasnt going to hurt him. so the cops show up and lieutenant tough guy is a huge d*ckhead, treating me like a moron and and the kid like a criminal when he has no idea what is the truth or not. i finally say to him sir, i know i look like an asshole in this situation, but you dont have to talk to me like im an idiot and hes all maybe we shouldnt interact until the captain gets here... so anyway, we wait for the capn to get there, and he asks us both a bunch of questions, but at this point the kid is in the police car and i am feeling pretty terrible cause he looks scared, and lt. jackass is interrogating him through the car window. capn tells me to take my bike after a testimony from 2 of my neighbors, and i ask the police to wait because i have another bike i wanna give the kid, since it seems pretty clear he got a bunk deal and ended up in the back of a police car waiting for his parents... so i run home and grab the other bike and lt. jackass speeds off with him as im coming back up the street. now i feel like a total d*ck. and ill bet youll never guess the skin color of poor little dude. dammit.
