well, my first online post since my multiple surgeries. its been a very rough past couple of days since my original release from the hospital, but hopefully, we finally have a resolution to the latest medical complication from the surgery, and i can finally focus on trying to get better. this past week has been horrible, and i want to thank my lovely wife Erin Smail for helping me get through it all. same for my parents and my news team at wdtv/wvfx. still a long road toward recovery, but for the first time i feel like i can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. thanks everyone for your well wishes.
