well they want to begin the community mailboxs. A lot of caring people are worried about people with dissabilities. Although i havent kept up with this,i think one way to solve this is to measure someone in a wheel chair from the seat up to their hand as the are reaching up,that should be the height of the mail boxes,and they should promise all the people who must use them,that the snow will be kept clear at all times (good luck with that tho}After all they wanted us to keep our side walks clear of snow and ice,so they can deliver the mail,now its their turn to keep the snow and ice cleared so we may get our mail safely .
