.. welll like I dont have enough stress in my life w/getting Ladys kidney functions down... you hire an agency to take care of your parents.. well I made a complaint monday about a total BLITZ mess left by one gal.. and all that office focused one was one thing .. so I decided to change that one thing already earlier today.....the gal tonite was called to CHANGE it.. so I called and said I already made that decision and was told I was INAPPROPRIATE to call her.. and if I had issues with their agency.. I have other options to go to (WOW).. WELL WELL apparently they are now treating customers JUST like they treat their caregivers.. amazing how they treat the GOOD employees bad.. and protect the lazy ones.. OH .. stress.. so customer retention is not their top priority and NOW I see why they have a hard time keeping employees..they hae the WORST office staff ever!!.
