wen i wrote and released Ghetto Diary just b4 the harmonised election I got a lot of stick from people, most of these feared for my life, others for my somewhat stuttering but promising career as a filmmaker, they figured i was not doing myself any good by wading into politics so i felt it was prudent not to make my opinions public again and adopt a neutral stance but today i choose to forget wat it is i told myself and go political again. With all due respect to Dr Morgan Richard Tsvangirai, I believe you are off the mark. We are interested in bread and butter issues and not the circus going on in your party now, politics is about policymaking for the better of the citizenry and not about who has the most thugs in your corner: for somebody who prides himself in being the face of progressive democracy you are doing exactly what you say you have fought against for so long ie playing an political trick of trying to rule by and through fear something which most Zimbabweans are over. three times you had a shot at the highest office in town and three times u failed, the honorable thing to do at this juncture would be to step down but then you are you and it is common knowledge that u have a stubbornness that only serves to embarass you in the long run. You were spot on wen u described yourself as a main actor, indeed you are one ...in a comedy of errors which progressive zimbabweans are increasingly finding disenchanting. It would b wise to take your burning house somewhere private and put your house in order and let us see an elected government go about their business without unnecessary, unwarranted distractions.....i await the brickbats but that is my humble submisssion
