what a day ... Reena came over with a vegan easter egg and things for house cleaning; after eggs and a cup of tea, cleaning, dinner and then more cleaning, 4 hours later (thank You) I noticed the beginnings of twinges in both my hands ... Ive had a look into the Dystonia, and my own Psychobiological dynamics with this, and interrupting the neurological path (pattern) seems to be the best approach. I do not have the equipment to electrocute my brain safely ( :) ), so I decided to use my own Deep Relaxation immediately .. davidrowan.bandcamp/album/relaxing-take-5 I emerged after 30 minutes, and then had a 3-hour deep sleep my hands and arms have the kind of heavy, achy, klunky feeling I have after a series of spasms, but the spams themselves did not occur - as I lay on the sofa to listen to Relaxing Take 5, my left foot has a fleeting twinge of spasm so far then, it is beginning to work :) I have to wait until the 8th of May to see the doctor for blood test results to determine the medical course of action and while I am waiting I may just be able to stimulate some neurogenesis and create new pathways ... :) Ill do another Psychobiology exploration in a few days ... xx
