what we are saying is a total transformation of ESAN land and people, transformation in terms of political, socio economic, infractutural and human capital development. Over 70% of young and able bodied men and women of Esan origin have all migrated to the city, Reason that Esan land is retrogressing . Our youth need good schools, manpower or human capital development. They need a better life.They too need to live in environment where there are pipe borne water and need not measure water like measuring cup of rice to take their bath as fondly made popular by other tribes in the niger delta area about Esan people.Other youth needs to live in environment where these are constant power supply, good health care facility,cheap transportation due to good road network for our youth to move to the nearest town to access gowod school learn hand craft or attend other skill acquisition center, ever to move farm produce to market throught a distance which would cost not more than #50 in the other town with good road network .They will have to pay as much as #200 to #300 to do so. How many of them can bear cost daily,a journey to and from a skill acquisition center on a bike since they are the major or only transport medium to and from distant communities e.g from Uwessan a community of 8 towns and villages to Uromi or Irrua town cost between #200-#250.
