whats on my mind facebook asks?.... its simple.. why does the big lad wearing the t-back vest and fur on show, Donnellys and squatting bare foot get asked to put shoes on as he reps out his last set with the chalk from his hands creating a cloud around his body like gorillas in the mist? Because not wearing shoes in a gym is a HSE breach? How about you let real men work out and worry about the skinny orange faced tick tack teethed morons that wear cycling gloves in the gym and pout in the mirrors the whole time taking up space where people who actually want to scream with pain while they rep out! hate these Barbie ken type gyms! Why are these even around? makes me sick! All I want is concrete floors and the smell of chalk... Friday rant over!
