when I went back to Texas and went on my all go mode with no sleep, high stress lifestyle and eating fast food in America, and produce and meat infused with whatever that they sell us in the states... I instantly gained 20 lbs, the same 20 lbs I lost here in a month on regular exercise and eating organic food right before I came back to Texas... then boom in Texas it came right back, come back here and boom its gone again... well there is no Americanized fast food here... and there is nothing injected into the foods... and I do a lot of activity... but thats it. that should be so easy... but in the states it is not really that easy... organic produce and meat is expensive and there is too many cheap and yummy fast food temptations... I am not even on a low fat or low sugar diet any more...its pretty high in fat and sugar, so I dont know how healthy it could be long term... I have been making small changes back to my usual cooking, like choosing an oil to use that doesnt have free radicals and trying to cut back on it. I pretty much said no more fried plantain at home...even if they are cheap at the market... no more fried anything at home... I wonder how my body will react to this activity level long term. Like I am not trying to loose weight or diet at all, just living an happy healthy lifestyle and getting out there and walking to places instead of driving, taking the stairs not the elevator things like that. breathing fresh air, eating organic produce and meats... getting sun shine... my daughter Adalia Blesch has also slimmed down from spending the summer with family eating deep fries pork wrapped in bacon dipped in cheese. lol she got a LOT thicker in a few months, hear she has gotten a lot thinner with no restriction on consumption, other than reasonable portions for her size... so I am wondering more about the things injected into the foods, and the fast food nutritional values, and the effect of stress on the bodys ability to metabolize properly etc. like I think less stress plays a big role, as does the added exercise. but to just lose weight on accident when you make a life change... it is something to take note of.
