when asked sheikh said rage about the stand of chief kadhi on eidd. the sheikh answered that he recognize the leadership of the kadhi and that we kenyan muslim are blessed with an opportunity of having a chief kadhi and the constitution recognizing it unlike to them in canada where they have no say. on the contrary the sheikh if the chief kadhi makes such a khilaaf /contradictions, we muslims should disregard the khilaaf and unite among ourselves and he said that is what the swahabas before us used to do. and when asked solution to stop such contradictions by the chief kadhi, he said we should engage the 19 kadhis all over the country whom he is leading and basically like 10 of them to defy him will instal a better future that to publicly defying which will attract disunity.
