which kind of police is supervising exams at makerere.... the intelligence or spy police, prisons police, black-mambas, or kale has introduced examination police but whats the reasons behind this is my great concern? mbu zero balance....no cheating.....because its police supervision? but is the administration of makerere aware that its easy to corrupt a police man?....just lunch is too enough for him to let u in with u zero balance and even external materials too...... its on record the police is the most corrupt institution we have in Uganda and even i dont think the administration took time to assess their level of integrity well i havent yet been supervised by them... but i see the irrelevance of police supervision of exams.... just taking our money and scaring us...... my conclusion is our lectures should not relay on those guys for supervision its easy to corrupt them because nothing has ever been enough to any police man......
