why am i sweating the small stuff? because i care? yes and more. as a specialist, i cant be a policeman hovering the shoulders of those who play truant or give a consistently mediocre performance, or look busy but dont really do anything during work hours...who chat and gossip and play around and later cram. whose reports are not even sterling or acceptable. what to do? nakakapagod kasi maingay, papansin pa. pero wala namang naaacomplish kahit pa imeasure at iequate ang 8 hours worth of work output. well, as i often told the boss, when push comes to shove... you gotta do what you gotta do. :(
