why are people so fixated on running below rated ohm ? low ohm does not at all = louder , take the JBL GTI A6000 for example . its made to be run at 4 ohm for a reason . running lower ohm you reduce efficiency and cone control . i just dont understand people . i much rather run a 2 ohm load on my amps and still have the power i need for my subs , so buy an amp that can do the power i need at the ohm that i want but still be affordable .
