why didnt garners case get to go on trial...instead of having actual witnesses, actual testimonies, actual evidence, and the defendant lawyer speak...the prosecutor is the ONLY person that gets to talk to the grand jury and spends two hours with the grand jury and convinces them to not indict...instead of listening to both sides, and actually weighing evidence and witness testimonies. This is the just system we blindly follow.
