wielding the axe of impeachment againts elected public office holders to settle scores would neadlessly build up tension in the country, and the reckless use of impeachment to scores could not have been the intension of the framers of the 1999 constitution and the excessive use of power by some of our nigerian leaders to impeach an elected public office holders is a tendency that was not good for decent democratic practice.
