wisdom is on the inside when we are willing to let go of our ego and have the courage to listen (thank you for that reminder today Candice-Leigh Baumgardner). Im grateful that Francisco and I share this belief. as we talked between his classes today while in Utah, our collective understanding is to remember that excellence comes first. truth is revealing and often not accepted. the basics and foundation are essential to growth. awakening always causes some (or a lot of) discomfort. scaling down is not the same as scaling back. and quality always trumps quantity. #onward
