woooow! this is weird. check the pic in the link. For the last week I have been driving around the country side randomly between 1am-4am and have noticed this EXACT same light effect. At first I thought they where spot lights then i realized they where coming from the direction of real lights (cities,street lights,farms,ect). Once I even seen some lightning. so i figure it was fog in the air and it reflected the light. But i started seeing it almost every night even when it was dead clear and could see the stars, so that dismissed the fog idea. Now i read this article and people say this type of lighting has been spotted before major earth quakes and i cant help but find that interesting. It stuck out to me cuz i have never seen this type of lighting as much/bright and often as i have been. Maybe its just light reflecting off ice particles, but it seems sorta suspicious other ppl would experience this same effect before earth quakes. I guess well just have to see. Check it out for your self, drive out of town in the middle of the night see if you notice it. It looks JUST like the pic. abovetopsecret/forum/thread994858/pg1
