worked hard in the barn today. Erica and I raked up all the hay and put good in the paddock and bad in the poo pile. then we put up one of the 12x16 tarps to keep the nasty S word at bay this winter. I managed to drop a 50 lb bag of sand tube on my toe and cause 3 other MAJOR insults to it. ironically, it really only HURTS when i do that and only hurts otherwise. it is majorly bruised and toenail is toast but cottonballed and in soft sneakers i can still function. i am one tough be itch and stubborn woman.
