wow...now that was different...my mom and step dad took me tonight to get hypnotized to be healthier in my choices for love...(for my step dad to pay must mean i really need it). dont know if it worked but it was nice spending 5 hours with them. i did learn that my biggest challenge in life is ME.... i need to be clear in what i want and desire for my life....CLARITY IS POWER.... pain helps us grow to the next level. I thought this was interesting...the brochure reads "What you believe to be true is true for you" i need to remember that my truth can be different then your truth and that doesnt make either of us right or wrong... trying to take steps to make my life better ....just 10% at a time....not 100% right away...but eating 10% less french fries....walk 10% more...eat 10% healthier....and 10% less obsessive about ....fill in the blank.... little steps should help... good night FB friends... lets see how my 10% goes tomorrow
