wow so much learning today!!! the internet is such a fantastic tool in aiding learning! it all started with "Old McDonald had a farm" leading onto "Why does he have animals on his farm" to watching utube videos of how to shear a sheep, spin the wool out and knit a jersey". Then we watched cows being milked by hand, then by machine, then by robot! Next was watching wheat being harvested and made into flour! The children were enthralled by it all. So next we want to watch some of these things in real life. So do we have anyone out there who has access to a dairy farm, or where lambs are being born etc
