wow some clever people around - mind you this isnt rocket science Another thread of moaning and conspiracy theories... I have a question. If there are no jobs and the ratio of of jobs is 8 people looking for every 1 job available - where are all the immigrants finding work and why have we got more people in work in this country than at any time in history? There is absolutely no point at all moaning about lack of opportunities and expecting this, that or any other government to help you out. No government in any country in the world is going to purposely create jobs on someones door step. If you want work, you have to go and find it not expect it to be delivered. Wigan is a former industrial town - the industrial days are gone forever as is mass employment centres. Remember to that despite rose tinted glasses there was only ever mass employment in these parts because the workers were paid peanuts and treated tantamount to slaves. No government of any description is going to change your life - that responsibility is on the shoulders of the individual and it is about time people shouldered responsibility instead of inventing conspiracy theories and looking to blame the Tories, Labour, the Unions, Wigan Council, immigrants or Keith Chegwin.
